Heroku and other hosts define
REDIS_URLfor the redis host. This updates Kredis to use the environment variable to set the URL by default and should simply usage of Kredis for new users. This works the same asDATABASE_URLdoes with ActiveRecord.Also updated the README to link to the configuration and the Redis readme for other options that could be used.
